- Evaluate, and plan the building for all assigned processes.
- Design and develop the workflow and detail for each process.
- Determine the checklist for the process and the monthly report.
- Implement them into the IT department.
- Tracking and mearure during implementation.
- Improvement if need.
- Report the status for the Managers
- Monitor and ensure SLA is performed and compliance
- Evaluate, and plan the tests for all assigned solutions.
- Design and develop the manual script for each test.
- Determine and verify dependence of each test case.
- Determine and verify the inter-dependence among test case in the same solution and/or across multiple solutions.
- Discuss and conclude the effectiveness of the test script with the project team as well as business users.
- Set the acceptance level for the result of each test.
- Set the requirement on data and environment for each test.
4. Service Quality
- Work with QA Manager to determine and setup the mechanism on monitoring and improving the service quality from IT department.
- University degree in IT, Computer Mathematics or related subjects
- Minimum 3 years experience majority on analysis related to quality assurance.
- Solid experience on scripting for project quality as well as service quality.
- Experience on writing test report.
- Business analysis experience on deriving the project requirements is an advantage.
- Experience using SQL on access data for testing, preparing test data.
