Account Management And Authentication

Step 1: Click the Forgot password button on the sign-in screen

 

Step 2: Fill in the information and click Continue

Note: The information filled here must match Customer’s registered information at SSI.

 

Step 3: Reset a new password as needed and enter the confirmation code of the current Authentication Method to complete the request

  

In case you are using PIN authentication method:

• If you forget your Login Password: Follow the above instructions and Step 3 to authenticate using the OTP authentication method sent to the registered phone number
• If you forget your PIN: Call 1900545471 (ext 9) using the registered phone number or send an email to [email protected] using the registered email for support.

Log in iBoard Lite → Select Default Account → Select Change password → The system will switch to the SSI Account Dashboard. Detailed instructions for changing the password on SSI Account Dashboard here.

  

Log in iBoard Lite → Select Default Account → Select Account Information and Online trading services → The system will switch to the SSI Account Dashboard. Detailed instructions for changing the CCPIN on SSI Account Dashboard here.

 

Step 1: Select the Display mode icon to set up the interface according to Customers’ needs with three options: classic mode (default), light mode, dark mode

Step 2: Select the display language of iBoard Lite with two languages: Vietnamese and English.

Step 1: Access the Online trading services screen

Log in iBoard Lite → Select Default Account → Select Account Information and Online trading services, The system will switch to the SSI Account Dashboard

Step 2: Registering information and services

Customers can register information and services according to their needs on the SSI Account Dashboard:

• Customer information: Change the issue date of ID and contact address
• Online transaction services here
• Additional services: Receive messages via SMS/Zalo here
• Register cash transfer limitation on equity account here
• Register/Cancel registered bank accounts here
