In Equities mode, select Trading > Select Portfolio
- In Portfolio, select view mode by Symbol/ Industry/ Type
- Select Chart to visually view portfolio
- Ways to sell stocks from the list:
- Method 1: Click the Sell button on each stock symbol
- Method 2: Select stock symbols > Click Sell button at the end of the list
- Method 3: Click Sell all button to sell all symbols in the list
Select Equities/ Derivatives mode > Select Account Management > Select Assets
- The system will display detailed asset parameters of the selected account, including: Stock NAV, Liability, S-Products NAV, Open funds NAV, Margin Ratio, Margin Information, Collateral Assets…
- Select the Account that the Customer wants to track assets
- Hover over each field to see what the fields mean.
Step 1: Select Equities mode → Select Account Management → Select P&L History
The Profit and Loss History feature on SSI iBoard Lite supports clients to track realized profits/losses on securities in the underlying securities portfolio including warrants. P/L is calculated on each order executed by the Client and recorded for orders executed from 23.02.2023 onwards
Step 2: Choose the sub-account and time period
The system supports Customers to look up detailed information by each trading day and by each stock code, including:
- Matched volume, Matched price, Sell value
- Net value: Sell value - (Fee + Tax)
- Cost price: Average price calculated at the end of the matched day
- Cost value: Excluding fees
- Profit & loss: Sell value - Cost value
The Position Close History feature on SSI iBoard Lite supports clients to track information of closed derivative contracts, including the following information: contract code, Average buy price, Average sell price, Buy and sell quantity, profit and loss and notes.
Step 1: Select Derivatives mode → Select Account Management → Select P&L History
Step 2: Choose the sub-account and time period
- The system supports Customers to look up detailed information by each trading day and by each stock code, including:
- Average Bid/ Average Ask
- Quantity Buy (Long)/ Sell (Short)
- Profit/Loss
- Note the position is closed due to transaction or closed due to expiration
Step 1: Access order history screen
- Select Equities mode → Select Trading → Select Order History to look up equities order history
- Select Derivatives mode → Select Trading → Select Order History to look up derivatives order history
Step 2: Look up order history
- Filter criteria when looking up order history include: Account number, Stock symbol, Transaction date, Order type (Buy/Sell), Order status, Channel
- Click Clear filter button to return to view default data or click Export excel button to
Step 1: On Equities/ Derivatives mode, select Account Management → Select Cash Transaction Management
Step 2: At the Cash Statement screen, enter the search conditions, including:
- Sub-account to look up
- Transaction Type
- Transaction Date
Note: Data is supported for the last 1 year only. The query duration must be less than 30 days.
Step 3: Click Clear filter button to return to the default data view or click Export excel button to download the data file.
Step 1: Select Equities mode → Select Account Management → Select Stock Transaction Management
The Stock Statement feature helps customers track details of increases and decreases in stock balances over a certain period of time (as selected by customers).
Step 2: Query information about stock transaction statement
The system supports customers to look up increases/decreases in stock balances according to the following information:
- Stock symbol
- Trading date: Data is supported for the last 12 months only. The query duration must be less than 3 months.
- Beginning balance, ending balance, interpretation of increasing and decreasing entries
- Fluctuations increase or decrease according to types of securities: Available securities, Securities awaiting payment for sale, Restricted/pledged securities, Securities awaiting trading (Securities deposited but not yet on trading date)
Click Clear filter button to return to the default data view or click Export excel button to download the data file
