SSI Web Trading for equity market user guide

This allows you to send your cash advance requests to SSI

Cash Advance Request

  • Click on  “Utilities” button => “Cash Advance”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Term Explanation:

  • Cash receive = Cash advance requested value – Advance fee

Cash Advance Status

This allows you to view your cash advance status

  • Click on “Utilities” button -> “Cash Advance”  ->  “Cash advance status”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Cash advance status:

  • Pending: The request has not been processed and you can cancel it.
  • Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.
  • In Process: Your request is being processed by SSI
  • Has been done: The request is done. You cannot cancel it.
  • Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details.

Cash Advance History

You can view your cash advance transaction for three months

  • Click on  “Utilities” button -> “Cash Advance” -> “Cash advance history”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Cash advance status:

  • Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.
  • Has been done: The request has been successfully processed.
  • Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details.

You can easily transfer and check the status of your money transfer requests through our SSI Web Trading in a simple and flexible way.

  • Transfer money to the 7 registered internal stock accounts at SSI, transfer money between normal and margin accounts.
  • Transfer money to any bank account in Vietnam that has the account owner’s name coincides with SSI's stock account owner’s name (These bank accounts do not need to be registered with SSI)
  • Transfer money to 3 bank accounts that have the account owner’s name different from SSI's stock account owner’s name (These bank accounts must have been registered before with SSI)

Money Transfer Request

  • Click on “Utilities” function => “Money transfer”
  • The screen will appear as below:
  • Fill correct information
  • Click "Confirm"

Money Transfer Status

This allows you to check the status of money transfer transactions:

  • Click on “Utilities” button => “Money transfer” => “Money transfer status”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Money transfer status:

  • The transfer request has not been processed and you can cancel it..
  • Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.
  • In Process: Your transfer request is being processed by SSI staff
  • Has been done: The Transfer request is done and the system deducted the amount you wished to request. You cannot cancel it.
  • The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details.

Money Transfer History

You can view your money transfer transaction for three months

  • Click on “Utilities” button -> “Money transfer” -> “Money transfer history”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Money transfer status:

  • Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.
  • Has been done: The transfer request has been successfully processed.
  • Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to view details.

StockTransfer Request

  • Click on “Utilities” function => “Stock transfer”
  • The screen will appear as below:

  • Click correct information
  • Click "Confirm"

Stock Transfer Status

This allows you to check the status of Stock transfer transactions:

  • Click on “Utilities” button => “Stock transfer” => “Stock transfer status”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Stock transfer status:

  • The transfer request has not been processed and you can cancel it..
  • Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.
  • In Process: Your transfer request is being processed by SSI staff
  • Has been done: The Transfer request is done and the system deducted the amount you wished to request. You cannot cancel it.
  • The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details.

Stock Transfer History

You can view your stock transfer transaction for three months

  • Click on  “Utilities” button -> “Stock transfer” -> “Stock transfer history”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Stock transfer status:

    • Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.
    • Has been done: The transfer request has been successfully processed.
    • Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to view details.

Right information

This function displays all the customer’s rights of stocks as follows:

  • Cash dividend
  • Stock dividend
  • Stock bonus
  • Stock purchase right

Customers can register to exercise a part or all the stock purchase right as well as deny the right

Right information registration

  • Click on the menu “ Utilities”--> “Right information  registration”
  • Click “register” to exercise the right. The screen will appear as below:

  • Review the information of the right selected, enter the registered units then click "Accept" to send the request:

  • Confirmation screen appears, you review the information, enter the authentication image code, PIN code or Token code,     then press "Accept" to send requests to the system

Cash dividend, stock dividend, stock bonus

  • Click on “Utilities”-->“Right information registration”
  • The screen will appear as below:

After the request is sent to the system, you can check the status of implementation of the requirements in the screen “Right registration status”:

  • Click on the menu “Utilities”--> “Right information registration”--> “Right registration status”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Status:

Right registration status

After the request is sent to the system, you can check the status of implementation of the requirements in the screen “Right registration status”:

  • Click on the menu “Utilities”-->“Right information registration”-->“Right registration status”

Regulation of Odd-lot- shares

As the Stock transaction provisions, customer can sell odd-lot-shares if the  number of stocks lower than 100 on HNX and lower than 10 shares on HOSE.

  • You can register online to sell odd lot shares as soon as SSI announces to buy.
  • The trading price is equal to the floor price of stock in the trading day
  • Request of selling odd-lot-shares will be implemented during 5 working-days

Odd-lot share request

  • Customers want to sell odd-lot shares in the duration of buying odd-lot stock of SSI, can easily submit an online request by:
  • Click on the menu “Utilities”-->“Sell odd-lot shares” -->“Register to sell odd lot share”-->tick on chosen stocks--> “Accept"
  • Confirmation screen appears, you review the information, enter the authentication image code, PIN code /Token code, then press "Accept" to send requests to the system

Sell odd-lot share status

After the request is sent to the system, you can check the status of implementation of the requirements in the screen “Sell odd-lot-share status”:

  • Click on the menu “Utilities” /“Sell odd-lot shares” /“Sell odd-lot-share status”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Sell odd-lot share history

This feature allows customers to view all transactions in odd lots of shares in 3 month period.

  • Click on the menu “Utilities” --> “Sell odd-lot shares” -->“Sell odd-lot shares history”
  • The screen will appear as below:

Status:

  • Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.
  • Your request has been done: The request is implemented. You cannot cancel it.
  • Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details

Another new function of SSI Web Trading is Multi-Account Management. This function allows investors to send orders, cash advance and money transfer requests, look up the order history, cash and stock transaction statement not only for their accounts but also for all their authorized accounts. Investors who need only select their wanted account whenever they want to trade will find convenient and easy transactions on all their accounts in the same screen without logging out.

Customers log in by their agent accounts then select the default account in "account list". Default account will be automatically displayed in all function screens. Whenever customers want to change trading account, they need only type the account number in box "Account No"

 

Investors can easily send their orders, cash advance and money transfer requests for margin accounts as well as look up their margin account information such as purchasing power, the initial margin rate of each stock, assets value. The information is continuously updated as market information and transactions on these accounts.

Send orders for Margin accounts:

View margin stock list: Access "Stock quotes" => "Margin Stock List"

Margin account information: Access "Porfolio management" => Asset Management => Credit Balance and Purchasing Power

 

In case Customers do not remember password, Customers can click on the link “Forgot password” on the log-in window. The screen will display as follow:

  • Step 1: Enter the Customer ID, Capcha and Pin/Token and then press “Request” button.
  • Step 2: Check your registered email and click on the first verification link. After finishing this step successfully, the system will automatically send Customer password to login

Note: The two verification links to receive the new password will only be valid within 7 days since the day Customers send request. After that time, if Customers do not click on one of the two verification links, all of these links will be not effective.

  • This function allows Customers to change the password to log in Web Trading system. You should change your password at the first logging-in time.
  • Click on the menu “Change password” -> “Change login password”
  • Fill all of the information as required
  • Click on “Accept” button
 

Click on the tab “Account Management” à “Change Pin and verification types” à “Change Pin”, fill all of required information then click “Accept”
