ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE COMPETITIVE OFFERING
OF STAKE OWNED BY SCIC IN VIETNAM DAIRY PRODUCTS JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Pursuant to Decision No. 93/QĐ-ĐTKDV.HĐTVon 20/10/2017 and Decision No. 94/QĐ-ĐTKDV.HĐTVon 31/10/2017 of the Board of the Directors of the State Capital Investment Corporation (“SCIC”) with respect to the competitive offering of a stake owned by SCIC in Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (“Vinamilk”), SCIC would like to announce the details of the Competitive Offering of Vinamilk shares as follows:

2.Core businesses : processing,manufacturing, and trading of fresh milk, powder milk, UHT milk, nutritious flour, soy milk, beverage and other products from milk; farming, feeding
3.Charter capital: VND14,514,534,290,000
4.Total shares offered:48,333,400 common shares; Total par value: VND 483,334,000,000, equivalent to 3.33% of Vinamilk’s charter capital
5.Conditions to participate : all investors having satisfied the conditions to invest as described in the Regulations on Competitive Offering issued by SCIC with respect to this transaction (the “Regulations”).
6.Financial Advisors: consortium advisors include: UBS AG, Singapore Branch (“UBS”) and Saigon Securities Incorporation (“SSI”).
7.Competitive Offering Organizer: Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (“HOSE”)

-Public announcement starts from 1/11/2017 on the Vietnam Investment Review, Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, and websites of SCIC, SSI, HOSE, Vinamilk and Agents for Registration.
-Investors participating in the Competitive Offering can obtain the Information Memorandum, Regulations on Competitive Offering and other related documents on the following websites: www.scic.vn , www.ssi.com.vn , www.hsx.vn , www.vinamilk.com.vn and the websites of the Agents for Registration.
10.Timing and venues for registration: from 1 Nov 2017 to 16h00 on 9 Nov 2017 at the offices of the Agents for Registration (list of Agents for Registration is available on the websites of SCIC, SSI, HOSE and Vinamilk)
-Time of deposit/escrow: from 1 Nov 2017 to 16h00 on 9 Nov 2017 (details specified under the Regulations on Competitive Offering).
-Investors may obtain the Registration Form from the Agents for Registration or by downloading from the websites listed above.
-Investors may obtain the Bidding Form from the Agent for Registration where it submitted its Registration Form (details specified under the Regulations on Competitive Offering).
