Dear valued Clients, The online trading system SSI Smart Trading - will be temporarily suspended to upgrade the Vietnamese version. And since then, Vietnamese will be the default language, please press Ctrl + L to switch to English version or choose “Ctrl + L: Switch to English” in the menu F1. 1. Updating schedule: - Execution time: 7.00 PM, Friday, February 05, 2010 - Available service: 7.45 AM, Monday, February 08, 2010 2. Guides: - For customers who use their computers as Administrators (the customers have the right to install software, upgrade operating system), new version of SSI Smart Trading will be updated automatically when they access at the first time. While updating, it will take from 30 seconds to 2 minutes longer than usual to access the service, depending on the internet quality. The accessing time will be as normal after that. - For customers who use their computers as non-administrators (using computer of others’ or using computer at the workplace, company for example, have no right to install software), please request the Admin right from IT department to access SSI Smart Trading. SSI Smart trading will be updated automatically after that. 3. Troubleshooter: while updating, if there is a notification window, please follow these steps: - Pop-up windows appear "Install / Don't install Ifis solution" -> choose "INSTALL" - The notice "Overwrite Package" appears, select "Yes" continuously (many times) until appear the text "Please wait for loading..."
