Euromoney Honors SSI as Best Investment Bank in Vietnam

Despite a year of significant market fluctuations, SSI Securities Corporation has become the only securities firm recognized in the Euromoney for Excellence awards in Vietnam, winning the title of Best Investment Bank in Vietnam (Best Investment Bank 2024).

In its award announcement, Euromoney highlighted SSI’s position as the Best Investment Bank in Vietnam. Despite the volatile conditions in the Vietnamese stock market and the challenges faced by market participants, SSI’s highly skilled and experienced Investment Banking (IB) team successfully advised on numerous fundraising deals. Notably, the Vingroup bond issuance significantly impacted the domestic and regional financial markets. Through two rounds of issuance with a total fundraising value exceeding USD 59.5 million, SSI continued to exceed the expectations of its partners and investors. In 2023, SSI also advised on the divestment of Petrolimex Group at PG Bank through a public auction. This successful deal, valued at USD 109 million, further demonstrated SSI’s capabilities in distribution and advisory services in the equity capital market.

The Awards for Excellence 2024 ceremony by Euromoney is scheduled to take place in September in Singapore, with representatives from financial institutions from nearly 100 countries expected to attend.
