SSI extends time to hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020

Dear Valued Investor,
SSI Securities Corporation would like to announce the extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020. The tentative meeting date will be no later than June 30th, 2020.
The Decision has been given by SSI Board of Directors to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, protecting the public safety and health. SSI also completed reporting the extension to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam on March 11th, 2020, in accordance with Clause 2, Article 31, Circular No. 210/2012/TT-BTC on the establishment and operation of securities corporation. Given the complicated situation of COVID-19 disease, SSI seriously takes all safety measures according to the guidance from the Ministry of Health, as well as pursuant to the internal "Plan for COVID-19 disease prevention and handling of emergencies”. The Company also allows 50% of employees to work alternately in the office and from home to reduce the risk of infection. SSI has already prepared an online system that is capable of providing stable and continuous services, hence we strongly recommend Investors & Customers to limit traveling to our Branches/ Transaction Offices and use SSI online trading system as alternative to reduce the thread of spreading the disease.
