SSI received two awards at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards

(Hanoi, February 19, 2019) 267.8 million secondary sales advisory deal for Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VHM) to foreign investors,with a total transaction value reaching 1,349 billion USD,  continues to bring SSI Securities Corporation (SSI) 2 titles: Best IPO (Best advisory issue issued in 2018) and Best Viet Nam Deal (Best advisory first time issued deal in Vietnam in 2018). These are the two titles awarded in the framework of the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards - just held in Hong Kong on February 13.

May 2018, together with other international book making consultants, SSI successfully implemented the deal of selling 267.8 million secondary shares for Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM - HOSE) with a total value of transaction reached USD 1,349 billion - currently considered the largest share offering for foreign investors in Southeast Asia stock market as well as in Vietnam. This achievement has contributed significantly to SSI in general and SSI Investment Banking Division in particular to become the typical name at many prestigious domestic and foreign awards, such as the "Best Bank in Vietnam for Equity Finance for Real Estate services ”(Best investment bank in Vietnam for raising equity capital for real estate businesses) by Euromoney Magazine; Best IPO: Vinhomes USD 1.35 billion IPO at The Asset Triple A Country Awards 2018.

In this award, the Vinhomes deal continues to bring SSI two awards: Best IPO - Vinhomes VND 30.8 trillion (USD 1,349 billion) Initial Equity Offering (Best advisory issue issued in 2018: Consulting Vinhomes issued total shares of USD 1,349 billion) and Best Vietnam Deal - Vinhomes VND 30.8 trillion ($ 1,349 billion) Initial Equity Offering (Best advisory deal issued in Vietnam in 2018: Consulting Vinhomes issued total shares of USD 1,349 billion), continues to affirm the Number 1 position of the leading securities company in Vietnam, along with the development and growth of the Investment Banking Service of the Company.
