Investment objective: The Fund's main investment objective is to preserve initial capital and to generate regular income by investing in fixed income assets.

Asset allocation:

The Fund will follow a straightforward, disciplined investment strategy seeking income.

The Fund will maintain a diversify portfolio of high quality fixed income assets, mainly Vietnam Government bonds, Government backed bonds, municipal bonds and high quality corporate bonds.

Investment strategy:
- The Fund will invest in bonds, money market instruments, term deposits and other fixed income instruments with a weighting of 80% or more of the Fund's net asset value.
- The Fund will not purchase shares, but may exercise the right to convert bonds into shares or exercise the right to purchase shares if the right is issued with bonds but the total value of shares held by the Fund must not exceed 20% of the Fund's net asset value.

01 copy of Certificate of Incorporation in English and Vietnamese (a notarized and consularized at Vietnam Embassy) or Vietnamese translation notarizied in Vietnam
A notarized copy of Registration Tax Code of Incorporation ( in case that foreign investor is a legal entity in Vietnam)
01 Copy of Certificate of Securities Trading Code
Investment Decision/ Board Resolution (the Decision/Resolution to invest into VCBF must be translated into Vietnamese and notarized)
A notarized copy of Passport of the legal Representative.
Power of Attorney with authorized signatories and their notarized copy of ID Card/ Passport.
A notarized copy of Passport of Chief Accountant (if Applicable)
Other documents depending on the request of Distributor or Fund

SSI receives, checks the documents and executes the registration of VCBF Open Ended Fund Account to Asset Management Company via Transfer Agency

After completing the Application for Open Ended -Fund Account and Initial Subscription , Investor could apply for additional units in VCBF Open Ended Funds by:

Completing “Subscription Order” and sending to SSI.
