Investment objective: is primarily to provide medium to long term capital appreciation.
Asset allocation:

The Fund will primarily invest in a diversified portfolio of stocks listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (“HSX”) and the Ha Noi Stock Exchange (“HNX”) which have a mid market capitalization and are liquid.

The Fund follows a blend of value and growth style of investing.

The Fund will follow a bottom-up approach to selecting stocks for investment, focusing on the individual attributes of a company, and choosing companies across sectors.

Investment strategy:
- The Fund will invest up to 100% of the Fund's total assets in listed or registered shares, or plan to list/register for trading in accordance with current regulationsIn which the majority and shares of medium-cap and high-growth companies.

A notarized copy of Registration Tax Code of Incorporation ( in case that foreign investor is a legal entity in Vietnam)
01 Copy of Certificate of Securities Trading Code
Investment Decision/ Board Resolution (the Decision/Resolution to invest into VCBF must be translated into Vietnamese and notarized)
A notarized copy of Passport of the legal Representative.
Power of Attorney with authorized signatories and their notarized copy of ID Card/ Passport.
A notarized copy of Passport of Chief Accountant (if Applicable)

SSI receives, checks the documents and executes the registration of VCBF Open Ended Fund Account to Asset Management Company via Transfer Agency

After completing the Application for Open Ended - Fund Account and Fresh Purchase, Investor could apply for additional units in VCBF Open Ended Funds by:

Completing “Subscription Order” and sending to SSI.
