o    Number of shares available for auction: 49,742,300 shares

o    Number of shares available for foreign investors: 49,742,300 shares

o    Eligibility for participation in the auction: Domestic and  foreign institutional and individual investors who satisfy the eligibility requirements as specified in Article 6 of the Government Decree No. 59/2011/ND-CP dated 18 July 2011 on the transformation of 100% state-owned enterprises into joint stock companies.
