Advised Hoa Binh Construction Group to raise US$ 25 million via private placement of shares to the strategic investor

APH sold 4.3 million shares at VND 50,018/share, over 100% increase from the starting price of VND 25,000/share

Advised PLX to raise USD 125.8 million via HOSE by selling 50.7 million treasury shares to public investors

The transaction was divided into 3 offerings of 50.779.000 shares sold from March 2021 to August 2021

USD 125.8 million received will boost the investment capital for the Petroleum Group’s development in the 2020 – 2030 period post COVID-19

Advised NCG to raise USD 21 million via an IPO

NCG sold the required amount by law of 10% of charter capital pre money, equivalent to 10.9 million shares. Total buying registered shares is 14.5 million shares and more than 180 investors have became NCG’s shareholders

Advised MBB, the second largest commercial bank in Vietnam, to raise US$100 million through private placement and sales of treasury share to foreign investors. This transaction was one of most outstanding deals in Vietnam in 2019-2020 and attracted a high-profile group of investors so that sale process was closed within 03 months.

Advised An Gia Corp to raise US$ 6mn via private placement of shares to foreign and retail investors

PAN Group acquires further 20% of Vietnam Fumigation JSC (VFG - HOSE), increasing its stakes in VFG to 41.88%, equivalent with deal size of ~ US$10.4 million.
