the Initial Public Share Auction of Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation

Main business segments:

·         Investing in construction and management of water supply and drainage, polluted water processing, and environmental sanitation systems.

·         Undertaking the construction and tendering of EPC for water supply and drainage infrastructure, environmental sanitation and urban technical infrastructure, industrial manufacturing including production and sales of crude water and household water.

·         Undertaking the investment and management of industrial park infrastructure, urban areas, housing, rental office, and commercial services.

·         Providing advisory services and acting as the lead tender in the design of water supply, drainage, polluted water processing, and environmental sanitation systems.

Charter capital:   VND 800,000,000,000 (VND 800 billion), of which

-          #shares held by the State: 57,100,000 shares

-          #shares held by the Company’s employees: 419,500 shares

-          #shares available for auction:  22,480,500 shares

2.     Number of shares offered: 22,480,500 shares (accounting for 28.10 % of the expected charter capital)

5.     Eligibility requirements for participation in the auction:   Local and foreign institutions and individuals who satisfy the eligibility requirements as specified in the Company’s Regulations for IPO Share Auction.

8.     Documents on public information and regulations related to the auction shall be provided at Hanoi Stock Exchange and auction agencies as specified in the Auction Regulations documents

10.    From 10 February 2014 to 26 February 2014 ( Morning: 8:30AM – 11:00AM; Afternoon: 13:30PM – 15:30PM on workdays), at the auction agencies as listed in the Auction Regulations document.

Time and place for submission of auction bidding slips: Put the slips directly in the designated slip boxes at the Headquarter Office and the Branch Office of Auction Agencies where participating investors have completed their registrations no later than 16:00PM on 3 March  2014.
