Dear Valued Investors:

Based on Document No. 651/BXD-QLDN dated 2 April  2015 of Ministry of Construction, Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation (“the Corporation”) is pleased to announce a plan to sell shares previously owned by the Corporation as follows:

1.     Shares for sale: shares of WATER SUPPLY AND PROVISION AND ENVIRONMENT ADVISORY JSC 

·         Office address: Water Supply and Provision and Environment JSC 10 Pho Quang, ward 2, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City

·         Charter capital of Water Supply and Provision and Environment JSC: VND 8,000,000,000

2.     Number of shares available for sale : 200,000 shares (accounting for  25 % of the Company’s charter capital)

3.     Par value: VND 10,000 per share

4.     Minimum bid price: VND 27,300 per share

5.     Advisors: Saigon Securities Incorporation – Hanoi branch

6.     Domestic and foreign organizations and individuals interested in buying shares at Article 1 above please send Letter of Intent to the Corporation stipulated in Article 8 below.
