Online Service Registration

You should register your information for using SSI Contact Center such as Mobile phone, language, type of authentication (CCPIN or Token) to benefit from the new advantages of SSI Contact Center 2.0 by choosing one of the following ways: 

Case 1: For the customers who opened account at SSI and also registered E Trading services, please kindly choose one of the registration channels

• Online registration: If customers are using SSI Web Trading, please kindly access to menu Account Management to find out Information of E-Trading Services Registration tab 
• Call SSI Contact Center +84 28 39 141678 then press 29 for customers who have a token device 
• Register at the counters of all SSI Branches in Vietnam

                          

Case 2: For the customers who opened account at SSI and had not registered E Trading services, you should register SSI Contact Center 2.0 with other E- Trading services by choosing one of two ways

• Online registration
• Register at the counters

Case 3: For the customers who had not opened account and registered E- Trading services, you should do first to register online openning account. After that, you should register SSI Contact Center 2.0 by following Case 2
