1. In case of dismissal:

Dismissing 03 Members of the Board of Directors (BOD) end their terms of 2020 – 2025 at the AGM 2025 of the Company.

2. In case of appointment:

Appointing 03 Members of the BOD with their terms of 2025 – 2030 are elected at the AGM 2025 of the Company, in which Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung and Mr. Nguyen Duy Khanh are re- elected.
