Re: Instruction on receiving the 2022 cash dividend

SSI Securities Corporation would like to inform the Valued Shareholders of the time and procedures for receiving the 2022 cash dividend payment, details as follows:

I. ENTITIES AND THE RATE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Shareholders entitled to receive dividends are shareholders named in the list of shareholders at the record date on June 21, 2023 prepared by Vietnam Securities Depository.
The rate of dividend payment: 10% of par value (01 share will receive 1,000 VND)
Payment date: July 12, 2023

II. PROCEDURES FOR RECEIVING DIVIDENDS

Shareholders with depository shares: Dividends will be paid to the depository account on July 12, 2023.
Shareholders with NON-depository shares: Receive dividends at Company Headquarters at No. 72 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi Branch of the Company at No. 1C Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City (on working days) from July 12, 2023 and present ID card.
Personal Income Tax on dividends: The personal income tax rate applicable to dividends is 05% of the received dividends.
