To update the charter capital in accordance with Amended License No. 49/GPĐC-UBCK dated July 15th, 2025 of the State Securities Commission regarding the charter capital amendment of SSI after completing the issuance of shares under employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).

To update the contact address of the legal representative due to the rearrangement of administrative divisions effective from July 1st, 2025, pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government promulgated on June 16th, 2025.
