SSI: Last recording date for 2012 dividend payment

On 12 July 2013, Hose posted announcement 695/2013/TB-SGDHCM on the last recording date of Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI) as following:

• Ex-right date        : 23 July 2013
• Last recording date                   : 25 July 2013
• Purpose                                 : to pay 2012 dividend by cash
• Payment amount                                     : 10%/par value (VND 1,000/share)
• Payment date                                 : 30 August 2013
• Procedure and place to receive dividend:

- For deposited shares: Shareholders shall receive dividend at the depository members that hold their depository accounts.
- For un-deposited shares: Shareholders shall receive dividend at the Head Office of SSI at 72 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam or Hanoi Branch at 1C Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City (in business day) from 30 August 2013. ID card/Passport is required.
