Introducing iBoard Pro

Step 1: To access the login screen, on the home screen, select the avatar icon in the top left corner.

Step 2: Choose “Log in”

Step 3: Customers continue to choose the desired functions:

• Enter customer code (account number) and password to log in.
• Fingerprint/face login (in case the fingerprint/face login feature is enabled)
• Select “Forgot Password” to verify personal information and create a new password.
• Select the function buttons “Smart OTP”/ “Market"/"Contact”/”Open Account” to be navigated to the respective links.
