CHANGE PASSEWORD

Step 1: Log in > Security > Change password

Step 2: Enter current password, new password & confirm new password.

Step 3: Select 1 in 2 methods in below to receive OTP code to verify:

Email
SMS

Step 4: Click the button “Change password”, enter the verification code sent to your phone number/email

FORGOT PASSWORD

Step 1: Click "Forgot password" at the login screen, select the type of account the customer is using: Trading account or Non trading account.

Step 2: Enter customer information registered with SSI including: Client ID, ID number, Phone number, Email and click "Continue“

Step 3: Validation CAPTCHA → Enter new password → Authenticate according to current Authentication Method

TOP STOCKS

Step 1: On the home screen, select "Market"
Step 2: Select the "Snapshot" subsection → Scroll the screen to the criteria you want to see (Functions can be arranged as desired)

Top Gainer and Top Loser

Criteria allow statistics of stocks with the most increase in price, calculated by the value of increase in price or Statistics of stocks with the most decrease in price, calculated by the value of decrease in price.

On the Market screen, choose “More.”

Movers/Shakers

Criteria allows statistics of stocks with the strongest increase in price, calculated by % increase in price /statistics of stocks with the strongest decrease in price, calculated by % decrease in price.

At the “Market” screen, select the “Overview” subsection, scroll down the screen to see the Top % price increase/price decrease criteria. Click “More” to expand the stock list.

Top Volume

Criteria that allow statistics on stocks with the largest trading volume.

At the “Market” screen, select the “Overview” subsection, scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see the Top volume criteria. Click “More” to expand the stock list.

Top foreign trading

Allows statistics of top foreign-traded stocks, according to sub-criteria:

- Net buying (default): Top stocks with the largest net foreign buying volume.

- Net selling: Top stocks with the largest foreign net selling volume.

- Foreign buying volume: Top stocks with the largest foreign buying volume.

- Foreign sales volume: Top stocks with the largest foreign sales volume.

At the “Market” screen, select the “Overview” subsection, scroll down the screen to see the Top foreign transactions criteria. Click “More” to expand the stock list.

INDUSTRY HEATMAP

Step 1: From Homepage >> Market screen >> Choose Industry Heatmap

Step 2: The default chart is displayed at the industry layer. Clicking on each industry will display a heat chart including the industry name and the stock codes belonging to that industry.

NET FLOW

The feature provides an indicator to determine whether the money flow in the market is actively buying or selling actively in continuous matching sessions.

Access the “Market Flow” screen from the Homepage, click Market, select the Overview subsection, scroll down the screen to see the Net flow

The meanings of Net flow:

• Net flow > 0: Positive signal, the market is in an active buying position

• Net flow < 0: Negative signal, the market is in an active sell position

LANGUAGE SETTINGS

Step 1: Settings > Language

Step 2: Select language Vietnamese / English

GENERAL SETTINGS

Step 1: General > Main screen

Step 2: Select a default screen when entering the application

Log in to account > Display full name, default account number > Display full personal information of the account holder
