Margin Loan

GENERAL

Select “Margin Loan” >> “General"

The General screen provides all essential information about the margin account, including margin packages, fees, and promotional programs. This helps customers easily track their account status and make informed investment decisions.  

Account: account number (list of the customer's margin accounts); margin package (the margin package currently in use); Total outstanding debt and Accured interest.

Margin Ratio: reflects the level of financial leverage used in the margin account, categorized into three thresholds:  

• Forced sell (<0.25) is displayed in red color: the account is at risk of forced selling.
• Warning (0.25 - 0.35) is displayed in yellow color: additional funds or securities are required to avoid forced selling.  
• Safety (>0.35) is displayed in green color: the account is in a safe status.  

Some Utilities:

• Loan Information: View the list of unpaid loans
• Increase Purchasing Power: Quickly enhance your purchasing capacity with convenient actions such as “Deposit”, “Internal Transfer”, and “Stock Transfer”.
• Loan code: Check the updated list of margin-eligible stocks available on SSI’s official website.
• Request History: View the history of your loan extension requests.

 

Discover loan packages
Provides information about the loan package currently registered by the customer, and introduces available loan programs and promotional offers from SSI at different times.
A “Register Now” button is provided here, allowing customers to easily sign up for the desired loan package.
