Privately placed corporate bonds

VIEW PRIVATELY PLACED CORPORATE BOND’S INFORMATION

To view detailed information of private placement of corporate bonds, please follow the following instructions: 

Option 1: At Price board, click Private Corporate Bond > Click bond symbol to view details

Option 2: Click Trading Dashboard > Click Private Corporate Bonds Trading > Click bond symbol to view details

PLACE ORDER FOR PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF CORPORATE

To place order for private placement of corporate bonds, please follow the following instructions:

Step 1: Login SSI iBoard

Step 2: Access order screen:

• Option 1: Place order at Corporate Bonds screen:

  Click Trading Dashboard > Click Private Corporate Bonds Trading > Click “Buy” at the symbol Customer wants to place order > The order screen will be shown

   At the Bond Information screen, click Buy > The order screen will be shown

Note: Bonds in the SBOND list can be traded on the market or traded with SSI

PLACE ORDER FOR PRIVATELY PLACED CORPORATE BONDS

Step 3: At the order screen, check the information and input both quantity and buy price (VND)

Step 4: At the confirmation screen, tick agree with the “Documents regarding my confirmation prior” > Verify OTP to confirm the order

VIEW BOND TRADING HISTORY

To view bond trading history, please follow the following instructions: 

Step 1: Login SSI iBoard

Step 2: Click Trading Dashboard > Click Private Corporate Bonds Trading > Click Bond trading history

Step 3: At Bond trading history:

Note: The order placed online cannot be editted. The order with "Pending" status can be cancelled within trading date

To view bond portfolio, please follow the following instructions: 

Step 1: Login SSI iBoard

Step 2: Click Trading Dashboard > Click Private Corporate Bonds Trading > Click Bond portfolio
