For customers who are insiders and related persons of insiders of public companies need to disclose information to the Stock Exchange prior to engaging in any trading activities.
ACCESS VIA WEBSITE
Step 1: Create the request
- Access the SSI Account Dashboard (https://accounts.ssi.com.vn) > Select the Disclosure menu
- On the Register Disclosure screen, fill in the information according to the information disclosure with the Stock Exchange. The stock code is a required field.
Step 2: Confirm the request
Check the registration information and enter the authentication code corresponding to the authentication method being used to confirm the request
Step 3: Registration history
Track the status of making information disclosure registration requests with SSI at the Registration History screen.
- Processing: The request has been received by SSI and is pending to execute
- Success: The request has been processed, the client can trade immediately
- Rejected: The request is not successfuldue to an invalid application or a customer request to cancel. Customers can re-apply or contact your Broker or call 1900545471 (branch 9) for assistance.
ACCESS VIA IBOARD PRO APP
Step 1: Create the request
- Log in to the iBoard Pro app > select the default Account icon in the left corner of the screen
- Select the Utility menu > Account Management > System to navigate to SSI Account Dashboard (https://accounts.ssi.com.vn). The customer logs in again and selects the Manage Account menu > Disclosure
- On the Register Disclosure screen, fill in the information according to the information disclosure with the Stock Exchange. The stock code is a required field.
Step 2: Confirm the request
Check the registration information and enter the authentication code corresponding to the authentication method being used to confirm the request
Step 3: Registration history
Track the status of making information disclosure registration requests with SSI at the Registration History screen
- Processing: The request has been received by SSI and is pending to execute
- Success: The request has been processed, the client can trade immediately

Customers can place equities orders via following methods:
Option 1: Place on the Equities Orders interface
Click on the menu Equities Trading → Trading
Customers can change the interface in the right corner of the screen to choose the desired order placing interface: Single Trading, Horizontal Multi Trading, Vertical Multi Trading
Option 2: Place on the Price Board
Click on the columns Buy balance/Sell balance/Order matching, the order placement screen will be displayed
Option 3: Place by the Order button on the price board
Click on the Order button on the price board to open Order ticket
Customers fill order information on the order ticket to confirm order. Information on order ticket includes:
- Stock code and price information (Market price, Ceiling/Reference/Floor price), Session and the Total trading volume
- Setting: Customers can setup following information to make order request
- Skip confirmation: Config On/Off order confirmation screen after clicking Buy/Sell button. Customers choose On for Skip confirmation in order not to display conformation screen after placing the first order successfully.
- Create shortcut keys for some main functions
- Setup frequently used quantity and symbol to be displayed on order form
- Account information:
- Trading Account: Customer choose account belong to the Client to place orders
- Purchasing Power: The current purchasing power of the selected account (Qmax buy/sell)
- Auto Price: Customers choose Auto Price and setup Toler in case you want to fill the price automatically by the rules: Buy Price = Best Ask + Toler, Sell Price = Best Bid - Toler
- Volume: Order Quantity
- Price: Order Price (Customers enter LO Price or Market Price which is applied for each exchange and session)
- Value: Quantity x Order Price
- Authentication type: The current authentication method
Customers can place orders for the next trading day from 15:30 of the current day with the same steps as placing orders on normal trading hour.

CELL/FLOOR/REFERENCE PRICE |
The ceiling/floor/reference price is the provisional price based on the closing price at the end of the session (for HOSE, HNX exchange) and the average price (for UPCOM exchange), excluding cases where the share price has an adjustment on the ex-dividend date. |
Customers can query order book by one of the following methods:
Option 1: Follow order book on equities trading screen: Customer accesses Equities Trading → Trading
Features on the command book include:

- Select expand symbol to open detailed order book at the Account management menu
- Filter by: Account number, stock symbol, Buy/Sell Order, Order status
- Cancel/Edit each order
- Cancel all orders which are waiting to match/waiting to match conditions
Option 2: Follow order book on price board: Customer clicks on "Order" button > Order book
Features on the command book include:
Select expand symbol to open detailed order book at the Account management menu

- Select full/shortern mode: Full mode will display all information on order book, shortern mode will allow customer to order and follow order book at the same time.
- Filter by: Account number, stock symbol, Buy/Sell Order, Order status
- Cancel/Edit each order
Option 3: Follow order book as the sub-menu of Equities Trading: Customer accesses Equities Trading → Order book
