Step 1: Access the SSI iBoard website using the following link: https://iboard.ssi.com.vn/
Step 2: Select the “Default Account” section.
Step 3: Choose account information and register for services.
Step 4: Account information management is a comprehensive function that helps customers manage account-related information, including:
1. Customer Information
Step 1: On the Menu bar, select the Account Information > Customer Information.
Step 2: Retrieve the customer’s personal information, including Identification details, Contact information, Authorized person, and Legal representative (for organizational accounts).
Additionally, customers can make the following changes in this section:
•Change the date of issuance of ID card (CMND/CCCD).
•Update the contact address.
Note: For customers whose ID cards (CMND/CCCD) have expired, changing the contact address is not possible. To update the address, customers need to renew their ID card information first.
2. Changing the Date of Issuance of ID Card (CMND/CCCD)
Step 1: On the Menu bar, select the Account Information > Customer Information > Identification > click the “Change” icon.
Step 2: Enter the new issuance date (the new date must be later than the current issuance date). Upload images of the front and back of the new personal identification document.
Step 3: Input the verification code from the current authentication method and select “Confirm” to complete the request.
Note: Customers using the PTXT 2-factor authentication can change the issuance date of their ID card (CMND/CCCD).

Step 2 : Look up customer securities trading accounts registered at SSI
ACCESS THE LIST OF SUPPORT SERVICES
Step 1: On the Menu bar, select “Account Information” >> “Service List” >> “Support Services” >> “Message Receiving Service.”
Step 2: Check the information about the currently registered message receiving service for your account. Choose “Change” and select the desired message receiving method, or choose “Cancel Service” if you no longer wish to subscribe. Click “Continue.”
Step 3: Enter the confirmation code from the currently used authentication method and select “Confirm” to complete the registration.
Note: Customers with outstanding SMS service fees should complete the payment if they wish to re-register for the service.
Step 1: On the Menu bar, choose the “Account Information” tab >> “Service List” >> “Support Services” >> “Automatic Pre-Selling Securities” >> click the icon.
Step 2: Select “Register” if you haven’t subscribed to the service, or choose “Cancel Registration” if you want to deactivate the service. Click “Continue.”
Step 3: Enter the authentication code from the current authentication method and select “Confirm” to finalize the process.
Note:
Customers at SSI can pre-register up to 3 bank accounts with the same name for quick and convenient money transfers across online channels.
Step 1: Access iBoard Web or visit the Centralized Account Information Management page at SSI following the detailed instructions provided there.
Step 2: On the menu bar, select “Account Information” >> “Service List” >> “Registered Transfer Accounts” >> “Add Receiving Account”.
Note: Customers can register a maximum of 3 receiving bank accounts. If you’ve already registered 3 receiving bank accounts, the option to add another receiving account will be hidden.
Step 3: Fill in the details: Account Number, Bank, and Branch. Click “Continue”.
Note: Please enter information for the primary account holder only.
Step 4: Enter the authentication code from the current authentication method and select “Confirm” to complete the registration of the receiving bank account.
