How to enter account number and security code?
- When being notified: "Please enter your account number and press #": Please enter the seri of 7 digits: including the last 6 numbers of your account , add number 1 at the end, and then finish by the # key. Eg. Account number 003FIS2345 will enter 9023451#. If entered incorrectly 3 times, the system will be automatically back to the previous step.
- When being notified: "Please enter the authentication code and press #": Please press your token, use the series of numbers created by the token and finish by the # key. If entered incorrectly 3 times, the system will be automatically back to the previous step.
How to reach the right service most quickly?
- Our directory is programmed to enable you to quickly reach your required service by dialing the number as soon as you hear our operator’s greetings. This is a very convenient function once you have gotten familiar with SSI Contact Center.
- E.g. To place orders, you will need to dial 2 then 1, the first time to select English as the your default language, the second time to select the order placing function.
