Loan Extension: Assist customers in submitting online requests to extend loans that are about to expire

Step 1:
On the “Loan Details” screen → go to “Unpaid Loan” → Filter loan contracts eligible for extension → Select the loan you want to extend → Tap “Extend” or “Extend All” to request extensions for all eligible loans in the list.

Step 2:
Select the “Number of extension days” and agree to the terms and conditions → Tap “Confirm” and enter the OTP generated by your current authentication method to complete the extension request.

Step 3:
You can track extended loans in the Extension status screen using the following filters:
• Account Number: Your margin trading account number at SSI
• Request Date: The date the extension request was submitted
• Status: All, Processing, Success, Rejected, Canceled
