Step 1 :Click the "Forgot password" button at the sign-in screen
Step 2: Fill in the information and click “Continue”
Step 3 : Reset a new password as needed and enter the confirmation code of the current Authentication Method to complete the request
CHANGE PASSWORD
Step 1: Log in to account on iBoard Web > Select “Account information” or Select “Services & utilities” > Select “Register service”
Step 2: Access Management screen > Other utilities > Select “Change password”
Step 3: Online Account Information Hub - Account Page, Enter the Old Password and New Password information, select the channel to receive the authentication code via Phone Number/Email
Step 4: Enter the verification code via Phone Number/Email and click Confirm to complete the request
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING CCPIN
Step 1 : Log in to TKCK on iBoard Web > Select “Account information” or Select “Services & utilities” > Select “Register for service”
Step 2 : At the Access Management screen > CCPIN Management > Select “Change CCPIN”
Step 3 : On the centralized information management page, check the information Full name, Customer code, phone number registered with CCPIN code
Step 4 : Fill in the old CCPIN code, new CCPIN code, re-enter the new CCPIN code > Click "Continue" and enter the OTP code corresponding to the authentication method being used to complete the CCPIN code change.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING PHONE NUMBER AT SSI CONTACT CENTER
Step 1 : Log in to TKCK on iBoard Web > Select “Account information” or Select “Services & utilities” > Select “Register service”
Step 2 : At the Access Management screen > CCPIN Management > Select “Change SSI Contact Center phone number”
Step 3 : On the centralized information management page, check the information Full name, Customer code, CCPIN registered phone number
Step 4 : Enter the new phone number and CCPIN code > > Click "Continue" and enter the OTP code corresponding to the authentication method being used to complete Change the phone number to call the switchboard
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING BACK CCPIN
Step 1 : Log in to TKCK on iBoard Web > Select “Account information” or Select “Services & utilities” > Select “Register for service”
Step 2 : At the Access Management screen > CCPIN Management > Select “Retrieve CCPIN”
Step 3 : On the centralized information management page, check your full name, customer code, and current authentication method.
Step 4 : Click “Continue” and follow the next steps to retrieve the CCPIN
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELING CCPIN REGISTRATION
Step 1 : Log in to TKCK on iBoard Web > Select “Account information” or Select “Services & utilities” > Select “Register for service”
Step 2 : At the Access Management screen > CCPIN Management > Select "Cancel CCPIN registration"
Step 3 : On the centralized information management page, check your full name, customer code, and CCPIN registered phone number.
Step 4 : Enter the CCPIN code number > Click "Continue" and enter the OTP code corresponding to the authentication method being used to complete CCPIN code cancellation
