ABT is no longer associate company

Saigon Securities Inc. announces the change in its list of associate companies as following:On 30 May 2013, SSI Asset Management Company (SSIAM), which is 100% owned by SSI, announced its trading result of shares of Aquatex Ben Tre Company (ABT). SSIAM sold 2,199,240 ABT shares, which is equivalent to 19.98% of ABT voting rights, through an agent of public tender from 09 May 2013 to 28 May 2013.

Thus, ABT is no longer an associate company of SSI on SSI consolidated financial statement.

The Company hereby declares to be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the above information.
