According to Resolution No. 22/2021/NQ-HĐQT dated October 20, 2021 of the Board of Directors, the offering price to continue distributing equal to the book value/share of the Company, which pursuant to the Reviewed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements in 2021, calculated on equity owner deducting to interests of nonsupervisory shareholders, then dividing by total outstanding voting shares. Therefore, the offering price is determined by the following formula:

Offering price	= (Equity owner – Interests of nonsupervisory shareholders)/Total outstanding voting shares
	= (11,399,851,259,045 – 62,665,074,527)/654,914,616 = 17,310.94

Offering price (after rounding): VND 17,311 /share
