(SSI) received the Official Dispatch No. 5798/UBCK-QLKD dated August 30^th, 2016 of The State Securities Commission approving the extension of the deadline for disclosure of the reviewed interim consolidated financial statements of the year 2016 within 60 days from the end date of the first 6 months of the financial year, but not exceeding 5 days from the date on which the auditor signs the report on review of the interim financial statements.

On August 29^th 2016, SSI disclosed the reviewed interim consolidated financial statements of the year 2016.
