INSTRUCTION ON RECEIVING THE 2023 CASH DIVIDEND AND RECEIVING SHARES ISSUED TO INCREASE CHARTER CAPITAL FROM OWNER EQUITY

SSI Securities Corporation would like to inform the Valued Shareholders of the time and procedures for receiving the 2023 cash dividend and receiving shares issued to increase charter capital from owner equity, details as follows:

• Shareholders entitled to receive dividends are Shareholders named in the list of shareholders at the record date on September 24th, 2024 provided by Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).
• The rate of dividend payment: 10%/par value (01 share receives VND 1,000)
• Payment date: October 18th, 2024

• Shareholders with depository shares: Dividends will be paid to the depository account on October 18th, 2024.
• Shareholders with NON-depository shares: Receive dividends at Company’s Headquarters (No. 72 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) or Company’s Hanoi Branch (1C Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City) on working days from October 18th, 2024 and present Shareholders’ ID Card.
• Personal Income Tax (PIT) on dividends: The PIT rate applicable to dividends is 05% of the received dividends.

• Name of share: SSI Securities Corporation shares
• Type of share: Ordinary shares
• Ratio of execution: 100:20 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 20 new shares)
• Principle of rounding and handling the decimal of shares:

• After multiplying by the right execution ratio, the quantity of issued shares will be rounded down to units, decimal fraction (if any) will not be recorded.
• Example: Shareholder A holds 204 shares, with the right execution ratio of 100:20, the quantity of shares which A shall enable to purchase is (204x20)/100 = 40.8 shares. Based on the above principle of rounding, the new issued shares of A should be 40 shares. The decimal of shares (0.8 share) will not be recorded.

• Shareholders entitled to receive shares issued to increase charter capital from owner equity are Shareholders named in the List of shareholders at the record date on September 24th, 2024 provided by VSDC.

• Shareholders with depository shares: Implement the procedure for receiving shares at the Depository Members where the Depository Accounts are opened and follow their instructions.
• Shareholders with NON-depository shares: Implement procedure for receiving shares at the Company's Headquarters (72 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) or the Company's Hanoi Branch (1C Ngo Quyen, Ly Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City) on working days, expected in November 2024 (after completing the procedures for registering securities additionally at the VSDC and listing additionally at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange) and presenting Shareholders’ ID Card.
