On September 29, 2015 Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI) completed selling transaction 118.830 shares of Transimex-Saigon Corporation (Ticker: TMS). This transaction reduced total direct and indirect SSI’s ownership in TMS to 4.634.661 shares (equivalent to 19,5% total number of voting shares).

Thus Transimex-Saigon Corporation was no longer an affiliated company of SSI on consolidated financial statement.
