Changing location of My Dinh branch

On 11 July, 2014 the Chairman of the Sate Securities Commission issued Decision No. 516/QD-UBCK amending Decision on establishing My Dinh branch, whereby the new location of Saigon Securities Inc. – My Dinh branch is A001, G Floor, The Manor Building, Me Tri Street, Ward My Dinh 1, District Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi.

NSC is no longer an associated company of SSI

On 30 June, 2014, SSI completed selling transaction 410,000 shares of Vietnam National Seed Joint Stock Company (Symbol: NSC) ( equivalentto 2.68% of the votingshares) by matching method on the stock exchange, which reduced total direct and indirect ownership rate of SSI at NSC to 2,650,530 shares ( equivalentto 17.33% of the votingshares).
