Announcement on E-Invoice Issuance

ANNOUNCEMENT ON E-INVOICE ISSUANCE

SSI Securities Corporation (“SSI”) would like to express our sincere thanks to esteemed Customers and Partners for your cooperation and interest in our services during the past time.

In implementation of Decree No. 119/2018/ND-CP dated September 12, 2018 of the Government providing regulations on electronic invoices (e-invoice) in goods and services transactions, and Circular No. 32/2011/TT-BTC dated March 14, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance guiding details on the creation, issuance, and use of e-invoices in goods and services transactions, with our desires for facilitating Customers/Partners in management, archiving, searching, and use of commercial invoices, SSI hereby announces our policy on conversion of paper invoices into e-invoices applicable in SSI Head Offices and our Branches (details and effective date as attached).

For your convenience, e-invoices will be automatically sent to Customers/Partners, who informed their tax code, via email address registered when opening securities trading account. If you wish to receive e-invoices via other email addresses or mobile phone numbers, kindly send your request to SSI from your registered email address, or in writing (if the registered email is inaccessible).

The issued e-invoices can be viewed and downloaded at https://einvoice.ssi.com.vn/ by providing the code (or link) sent to the email address or mobile phone number registered by the Customers/Partners with SSI as mentioned above.
