On January 27, 2015 SSI Asset Management Limited Company, a subsidiary of Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI), completed selling transaction 3,081,020 shares of Bibica Joint Stock Company (Ticker: BBC) (equivalent to 19.98% total number of voting shares) by matching order on HOSE. This transaction reduced the total direct and indirect ownership rate at BBC of SSI to 3,298 shares (equivalent to 0.02% total number of voting shares).

Thus Bibica Joint Stock Company was no longer an affiliated company of SSI on consolidated financial statement.
