On 25-26 December 2014, SSI completed buying transaction 111,730 shares, selling transaction 15,000 shares and getting back entrusted assets including 615,180 shares of Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company (Symbol code: PDN) by order-matching method on the stock exchange and transferring at Vietnam Securities Depository, which increased total direct and indirect ownership rate of SSI at PDN up to 2,470,251 shares (equivalentto 20.01% of the votingshares).

Thus, PDN became an affiliated company of SSI on consolidated financial statement.
