-Mua lại 232.000 cổ phiếu (Hai trăm ba mươi hai nghìn cổ phiếu) đã phát hành theo chương trình lựa chọn cho người lao động do nghỉ việc, trong đó có 24.000 cổ phiếu trong số 30.366 cổ phiếu quỹ trước khi đăng ký giao dịch đã được hoạch toán cổ phiếu quỹ chờ thực hiện chuyển quyền sở hữu

Redemption of 232,000 shares (Two hundred and thirty two thousand shares) issued under the employee stock option plan as a result of resignation of the employees, of which 24,000 shares of 30,366 treasury shares before transaction were recorded as treasury shares and awaited for being transferred)

-Mua lại 68 cổ phiếu (Sáu mươi tám cổ phiếu) lô lẻ theo yêu cầu của nhà đầu tư có tài khoản giao dịch chứng khoán tại Công ty CP Chứng khoán Sài Gòn

Redemption of 68 shares (Sixty eight shares) of odd lot shares as requested by the investor having trading account opened at Saigon Securities Inc.

Giải trình lý do không mua đủ số đã đăng ký: Số lượng cổ phiếu mua lại thực tế phụ thuộc số lượng cổ phiếu phải thu hồi do người lao động nghỉ việc và yêu cầu bán cổ phiếu lô lẻ của nhà đầu tư.

Reason for not redeeming in full the registered number of shares: The number of shares that were redeemed depends on the number of shares belonged to employees who resigned and the request of investors to sell odd lot shares.
