Dear Valued Customers, On the occasion of Hung Kings Festival 2013, Liberation Day and May Day, 2013, SSI pleased to inform you that:

Report of Management and audited consolidated financial statements in accordance with Vienamese Accounting Standards as at 31 December 2012 and for the financial year then ended.

On 12 July 2013, Hose posted announcement 695/2013/TB-SGDHCM on the last recording date of Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI) as following: •Ex-right date : 23 July 2013 •Last recording date : 25 July 2013 •Purpose : to pay 2012 dividend by cash •Payment amount : 10%/par value (VND 1,000/share) •Payment date : 30 August 2013 •Procedure and place to receive dividend: - For deposited shares: Shareholders shall receive dividend at the depository members that hold their depository accounts. - For un-deposited shares: Shareholders shall receive dividend at the Head Office of SSI at 72 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam or Hanoi Branch at 1C Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City (in business day) from 30 August 2013. ID card/Passport is required.

On July 15th 2013, SSI will officially launch the new Stock Board at all locations of SSI and on the Website at the following address: http://banggia2.ssi.com.vn/. The new version of Stock Board has developed based on the new technology platform to bring the utility to investors, which target to usability, speed, stability, accuracy and ease of using to all investors. The outstanding features of the new Stock Board include: • Supporting multiple browsers, works best on Chrome, FireFox. • Using new technologies mechanism to push data. • Data updated in real-time (real-time); • Integrated analysis of individual information stocks; • Many options in preferences of each investor (column display, color, roll, slide, showing how: Double-click to bring up the code ...) • Demonstrating information transactions. • Stock Board for HNX, HOSE, VN30 and HNX30 • Stock Board shown on the CP code on the main trading floor by investors choose their own options. • Real-time graph of VN-Index and HNX-INDEX With the launch of the new Stock Board, SSI hopes to bring to investors the most effective tool in trading.

Saigon Securities Inc. announces Decision 17/2013/QĐ-CTHĐQT dated 10 July 2013 of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on timeline for 2012 cash dividend payment as following: -The last recording date of the list of shareholders to receive 2012 cash dividend: 25 July 2013 -Payment date: 30 August 2013. The Company hereby declares to be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the above information.
