VCBF BLUE CHIP FUND APPLICATION GUIDE   

In order to apply for VCBF-BCF Blue Chip Fund Subscription, please complete these following steps:

1. Opening Open Ended Fund Trading Account and applying for Fresh Purchase

1.1 Opening Account Documents

Investor

Investors’ Documents (Foreign Investor)

SSI’ s Documents:

Individual
  • 01 copy of passport  (copy must be notarized or the original attached in order to have  SSI’s verification of true copy)
  • Proof of registered Address  (if registered Address is different from the address given on Certificate of Securities Trading Code):
  • A copy of electricity bill or telephone bill or House leasing contract of the latest 03 months.
  • Copy of Certificate of Securities Trading Code
  • Other documents depending on the request of Distributor or Fund

“VCBF  Open-Ended Fund Application form”

 

 

Original form completed and signed by Investor (affixed with seal , if for Institution)

Institution
  • 01 copy of Certificate of Incorporation in English and Vietnamese (copy must be notarized and consularized at Vietnam Embassy) or   Vietnamese translation which must be notarizied in Vietnam
  • A notarized copy of Registration Tax Code of Incorporation ( in case that foreign investor has legal entity in Vietnam)
  • 01 Copy of Certificate of Securities Trading Code
  • Investment Decision/ Resolution of Board of Directors/Board of members of Incorporation (the Decision/Resolution to invest into  VCBF must be translated into Vietnamese  and notarized)
  • A notarized copy of Passport of the legal Representative of the Corporation
  • Attorney’s Certificate certifying the authorized signatory of Investor and a notarized copy of ID Card/ Passport  of authorized Representative
  • A notarized copy of Passport of Chief Accountant  (if Applicable)
  • Other documents depending on the request of Distributor or Fund

 

1.2. Money Transferring for VCBF - BCF subscription

Introduction :  Investor transfers the amount specified on the Application form to VCBF - BCF respective Account in VND :
 
Beneficiary: VCBF Blue Chip Fund
Account Number:
For normal purchase: 90249862604
For SIP purchase: 90249862624
Bank:     Standard Chartered (Vietnam)
Amount:      [Investment Amount]
Content:    [Name of Investor/ Passport No/ Certificate of Business Registration No/Trading code][VCBF-BCF] at SSI
 

Remark:

  • Transfer fee:   “Excluding”
  • Subscription amount must be paid from:
  • The bank account of Investor (CCA account)
  • Securities Trading Account of Investor at SSI

1.3. Completing Application Document

Documents sent to the Branch/ Office of SSI include:

  • VCBF Open-Ended Fund Application form
  • Above Investor’s Documents
  • Payment Order (Bank’s confirmation required)

SSI receives, checks the documents and executes the registration of VCBF Open Ended Fund Account to Asset Management Company via Transfer Agency 

2. Applying for next subscriptions

After completing the Application for Open Ended -Fund Account and Fresh Purchase, Investor could apply for additional units in VCBF Open Ended Funds by:

2.1. Completing “Subscription Order” and sending to SSI.

2.2. Paying for subscription (same as in Fresh Purchase)
